Glossary term
AI value pillar
A category of business value used to classify AI outcomes, such as cost efficiency, resilience, experience, productivity, sustainability, or growth.
The taxonomy behind this site's own insistence that "AI value" is not one number. A program can score well on one pillar (say, customer experience) and poorly on another (cost efficiency) — collapsing both into a single ROI figure hides that trade-off from the people deciding whether to keep funding it.
