Tangible and intangible benefits tied directly to organizational objectives, not merely model performance or lower technology cost.

The distinction that separates a genuinely useful AI deployment from a technically impressive one: a model with excellent benchmark scores creates no business value if it never connects to an objective the organization was already trying to hit. This is the standard this site's vendor entries are held to when evaluating an "outcome" claim.
